All used vehicles must be safety inspected before they can be registered by the MVA. The vehicle must be inspected by a licensed Maryland inspection station. (Danny's Car Clinic is a licensed Maryland Inspection Station). The only exemptions are the transfer of a vehicle/title to a family member.

MVA State Inspection Requirements

New to Maryland
As a new resident of Maryland you must register your vehicle within 60 days of moving to Maryland. If you delay beyond 60 days, you will not be eligible for a tax credit for any titling tax paid in another state, and you may be subject to a citation for an out of state registration. More Info...
